Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In the event of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Destinations
Vortex Peps ships internationally to countries where shipment of our products is legally permitted.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with all applicable laws, regulations, import requirements, and customs restrictions in their country or jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot legally be shipped to the destination country.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Tracking updates may require up to 48 hours to become visible after dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
If your package is lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or affected by carrier issues, please contact us at vortexpeptides@gmail.com and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
However, Vortex Peps cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.
